Bhavesh Reddy Koppala is a second-year medical student at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in French from the University of Pittsburgh. During his first year of medical school, he developed a strong interest in orthopedic surgery. His research focuses on spinal disc implant materials and manufacturing, investigating their impact on implant stability. Through his work, he aims to deepen his understanding of orthopedic spinal implant design and serve as a bridge between clinical practice and the orthopedic industry, ultimately improving patient outcomes as a future physician.
