I am currently a fourth year Neurosurgery Resident at Houston Methodist pursuing a career in adult deformity surgery with a combination of MIS techinques. I earned an MD from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and an MS in Medical Clinical Sciences from Mississippi College. With an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University, I bring a unique perspective on human movement to my practice. I utilize my background as a certified personal trainer and previous physical therapy technician to guide patients towards safe and effective exercises to improve their spine health. I hope to develop a practice that utilizes both endoscopic/MIS techniques and open deformity correction to provide patients with the right surgery to treat their individual aliments.
