Greg Sacks is a 3rd year medical student at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University, planning to pursue a career in Orthopaedic Surgery. He received a B.S. in Biochemistry from Muhlenberg College in 2017, after which he spent two years working as a molecular biology research technician in Dr. John Maris's neuroblastoma lab at CHOP. His current research interests revolve around surgical outcomes, with a focus on lumbar disc herniation and the role of inflammation in adverse results from spinal surgery.
