    Quante Singleton, MD, Clinical Spine Fellow, Hospital for Special Surgery

    Born the middle child of 3 boys, i was raised in Decatur, Georgia. After graduating high school,
    I began working at Atlanta Fire Rescue as a Fireman, eventually obtaining my paramedic licensing. In the final years of my employment with the Fire Department, I longed to see healthcare provided from a different angle, which led me to consider a career in medicine. I attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. I then relocated to St. Louis, Missouri to complete my Orthopedic Surgery residency at Washington University at St. Louis. Currently, I am at Hospital for Special Surgery completing my Spine fellowship. This summer, I am looking forward to returning back to Georgia to a small private practice.
