My name is Mohammed Ali Alvi, I am a medical graduate from Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi, Pakistan. I subsequently completed a Masters in Clinical and Translational Sciences from the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences while working as a research fellow in the Neuro-Informatics Lab in the Department of Neurologic Surgery @ Mayo Clinic. I am currently a PhD student @ University of Toronto Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS) Neuroscience program, and working as a researcher in Fehlings' Lab for Neural Repair and Regeneration. My research interests include applications of machine learning and AI for optimizing outcomes of patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures.
