    Alexander E. Ropper, MD, FAANS is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery and the Director of Spinal Neuosurgery at Baylor Collge of Medicine in Houston, TX. He is also the Director of Spine Surgery at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center where his clinical practice focuses on complex spine surgery and deformity. His research interests are focused on vascularized bone grafting for spinal fusion and improving soft tissue closure techniques.
