Elaina J. Wang is a currently PGY3 resident in neurological surgery at Brown University, interested in spine deformities and oncology. She grew up in northern California and has been at Brown since starting college. She became interested in genomics in college and now uses bulk and single cell RNA sequencing to better characterize spinal chordomas in Dr. Patricia Sullivan's lab. In her free time she spends time with her corgi mix Rio and enjoys reading Murakami and other forms of magical realism.
